Returns:
If you need to return an item please contact customer service by leaving email by leave a message on the bottom right of the page or call at “847-285-5788 or visit our facility “1251 basswood rd, schaumburg IL 60173” during out business hours.

Egret Badminton offers a 15-day conditional return policy for all the products that is unused, a restocking fee of 5%-20% may be charged. “Used” products can’t be return!

Once we received your return, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please 2-5 business days for your return to be processed, depending on your bank it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to post on your account.

All returns must be sent back to Egret Badminton (buyer pays all shipping costs or must bring the item in person), insured, with a tracking number. All returns must be authorized before shipping back.

Please read our return policy carefully below:

Racquet Returns

  • Rackets can be returned within 15 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused.
  • Please do not remove the plastic film wrapped around the grip if you intend to return the racket.
  • Once the plastic grip is removed the racket is considered used and cannot be returned.
  • 10% restocking fee will be charged.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shuttlecock Returns

  • Shuttlecocks can be returned within 15 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused unopened.
  • Opened tubes of shuttles cannot be returned.
  • 5% restocking fee will be charged.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shoe Returns

  • Shoes can be returned within 15 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused.
  • Please do not take the tag off the shoe if you intend to return the shoes.
  • Once the tag is removed the shoes will be considered used and cannot be returned.
  • 10% restocking fee will be charged.
  • Please use the box the shoes that shipped in to return shoes. Do not place any shipping labels or tape directly on the shoe box.
  • Please make sure shoes do not have any sock fuzz/lint, human or pet hair, dirt, or any other foreign substances before returning them.
  • Egret Badminton will charge a restocking fee of 20% of the cost of the shoe if it is returned in a different box.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Bags, Accessories Returns

  • All Bags/Accessories can be returned within 15 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused.
  • 8% restocking fee will be charged.
  • Please do not take tags off the bags and all the accessories should be in their original packing.
  • Once the original package is opened is considered used and cannot be returned.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please read below:

  • All racquets that purchased as new come with a 30 days warranty against defect.
  • String breakage is common and cannot be replaced.
  • If racquets that break due to clashing with other rackets during play, chipped paint due to daily use or hitting the floor or wall are not eligible to be replaced.
  • Please ship defect racquet back to the address below, or bring defective racquet to our facility at the address below in order to be replaced.
  • Egret Badminton want keep our customers satisfaction.
